This free 2-hour online workshop presents information about your divorce process choices as well as information you will need regardless of the path you choose. The QR Code allows you to sign-up for an offering that meets your schedule. The first hour presents your four California divorce process choices. The second hour presents necessary information regardless of the divorce process path. It includes information about property division (including what to do about the house, how to divide retirement plans and stock division), income sharing (child support and/or spousal support), self-care, basic co-parenting information, and parenting plans.

This website is a comprehensive California collaborative divorce website. It features blogs, the Divorce Options® sign-up link, and links to sign up for a free consultation during Divorce With Respect WeekTM. Also included are California state divorce professionals’ organized by County. These professionals are all members of a California practice group. Membership in a practice group means that the professionals are trained in mediation and collaborative practice and that they meet the ongoing standards for the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. The biographies and contact information are listed on the site.
International Academy of Collaborative Professionals is an international organization dedicated to raising awareness about collaborative practice worldwide. As Collaborative Practice continues to grow world-wide so does awareness of the value it provides to families in shaping their post-divorce worlds. In recognition of this commitment and the important role it serves in our families, IACP was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize. Like the other sites, this site also includes international collaborative divorce professionals in all three disciplines (legal, mental health and financial) from around the world as well as helpful information about the process and divorce itself.
